Event Coordinator
Location: London, on site
Contract: Full-Time

We are a luxury London-based florist specialising in high-end floral design for weddings,
celebrations, and corporate events. We are seeking an experienced and highly
organised Event Coordinator to support the Head of Events and Senior Event Floral
Designer in delivering exceptional luxury floral experiences.
The Role
This role reports directly to the Head of Events at Claridge’s Flowers, with a core focus
on providing hands-on support across all stages of event delivery.
You will support the Head of Events with the planning, coordination, and execution of
luxury floral events from concept through to completion. The role combines event
coordination with strong administrative and financial support, requiring you to be
commercially astute with an understanding of budgets, costings, quotations, invoicing,
and financial tracking.
You will confidently use AI-powered tools to support planning, workflow efficiency,
budgeting, content creation, administrative processes, and integrating AI into day-to-day operations.
As the central communication link between Events and all other departments, you will
ensure teams are clearly briefed, aligned, and fully prepared throughout the planning
process. You will manage the flow of information, timelines, updates, and
documentation to ensure efficient collaboration and seamless event delivery.
Responsibilities also include coordinating schedules, logistics, suppliers, and on-site
delivery, as well as creating polished, on-brand client presentations and proposals. You
will act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless
communication and consistently high standards aligned with a premium brand.
You are a natural people person who enjoys working collaboratively and building strong
relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. You bring a positive, supportive
attitude to the team, are proactive in offering help where needed, and thrive in a
collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork are key to delivering
exceptional events.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, with excellent
communication skills and a professional presence. You have proven event coordination
experience, ideally within floristry or luxury events, and are confident working with numbers and budgets.
You are comfortable working flexible hours around event schedules across a 7-day a week operation
Key Skills & Experience
• Proven event coordination experience (floristry or luxury events desirable)
• Strong understanding of budgets, costings, and financial tracking
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools to improve workflow, planning, content
creation, and administrative efficiency (required)
• Experience creating branded client presentations and proposals
• Excellent organisation, planning, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident problem-solver in fast-paced environments
Role Requirements
• Full UK driver’s license (inclusive of manual vehicles, transit van experience is preferred). advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, AI platforms, and event/CRM tools
