No, you can shop with us without creating an account. However, once you’ve registered you'll be able to track your orders and review past purchases. You’ll also be able to save addresses, so it’s easier and quicker next time you shop with us.

Sometimes, yes. If you wish to change your order, modify delivery arrangements or cancel completely, this may be possible and you should contact us at shop@claridgesflowers.co.uk or by calling us on +44 (0)20 7409 6525 during working hours to discuss. Please be aware that we may not be able to change or cancel orders for which we have already ordered specific flowers.

Your order will arrive in a Claridge’s Flowers branded gift bag with tissue and Claridge’s ribbon, or in tissue wrap inside a protective brown cardboard box depending on delivery location and delivery method. You can
personalise your order with a gift message during the checkout process.

Yes, you can add a short personalised gift message. This will be written by hand on a Claridge’s Flowers gift card placed inside your order in a branded Claridge’s envelope.

Delivery

Currently, we deliver to all London locations inside the M25. For locations outside the M25, please call:

This varies depending on what you have ordered, but all orders are made in our workroom at the hotel and send by direct delivery to the recipient’s address to arrive on the day requested. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time unless this is pre-agreed with us in advance. For a full list of options, please visit our Delivery & Returns page.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation of your tracking number from our delivery carrier DPD. Simply enter this into the DPD website to follow your delivery’s progress. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can also login to your online account and select ‘track your order’ in the ‘my order history’ section.

Yes, both of our delivery carriers – DPD and DHL – require a signature upon receipt. Please note that orders containing alcohol may also require ID as proof of age.

Returns

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to return a product. If you do want to send something back, please visit our Returns & Refunds section. 

Once we’ve received your items and they have been checked by our team, we will send you an email letting you know if you are eligible for a full refund. If you haven’t received this within 10 days of returning your items, please let us know. To make the process as quick as possible, please make sure you include your order number in any communications.
